About the Role This role is part of a premium health and wellness group, with team members acting as ambassadors and the heart of the business. The position is primarily phone-based sales within an office environment, inspiring prospective members and promoting the organisation's values. The remaining focus involves showcasing the clubs, achieving individual and team sales targets, and onboarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service. The role requires availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed.
Key Responsibilities Act as an ambassador for the business and represent its values.
Spend approximately 70% of the role hitting the phones to inspire prospective members and promote DL values within an office environment.
Spend approximately 30% of the role inspiring and showcasing the clubs.
Achieve sales targets both individually and as part of a team.
Onboard new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service.
Required Experience & Qualifications Target-driven.
Excellent administration and organisational skills.




Passion for all things health and fitness.
Self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
Preferred Skills Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.
