The Plant Accountant will be instrumental in supporting our manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Controller, Ventilation North America, this role involves financial analysis, monthly closes, and the preparation of financial statements. We need a skilled passionate about accounting who is eager to make a tangible impact in a manufacturing context.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support monthly financial close and journal entries
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead production variances
• Manage inventory valuation and physical inventory activities




• Prepare and analyze weekly sales and production reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory control
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
