This position reports to the Group Operations CFO and demands organized financial expertise. You'll translate company performance into actionable insights while preparing monthly reports, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate close processes. The ideal candidate excels in communication and multitasking and is detail-oriented with a polished approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support annual budgeting and reforecasts
• Prepare and present monthly statistical reports
• Review month-end and quarter-end close work for accuracy
• Post journal entries and prepare account reconciliations
• Train finance teams from acquired companies on systems

Requirements:
• Formal accounting education required
• CPA, ACCA, or CIMA certification (in progress accepted)
• 4+ years of technical accounting experience
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• ERP system proficiency; NetSuite is an asset
