Shape engineering success as an In office Project Controls Specialist with HDR. In this role, you will establish complex project schedules and coordinate team efforts on-site.

As a vital member at HDR, you will oversee project workplans, establish WBS, and maintain metrics for our engineering and construction projects. We value your expertise in long-range planning and your experience in healthcare projects. You will need strong communication and leadership skills to ensure project excellence and guide coordination meetings successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish complex project schedules for all project phases
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project workplans
• Coordinate effectively with necessary team members
• Monitor and analyze project metrics regularly
• Conduct project site visits as required

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• 5+ years in project controls for engineering projects
• Relevant certifications valued (PSP, PMP, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
