Lambton College is inviting dedicated individuals to apply for part-time clinical instructor positions starting January 2027. You will be instrumental in teaching within the Personal Support Worker, Practical Nursing, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs. This role demands commitment across day and afternoon shifts and will take place at local hospitals and other clinical sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a positive teaching and learning setting
• Prepare clinical daily plans and instructional materials
• Provide student assessments and maintain progress reports




• Communicate regularly with students and faculty via email
• Adhere to curriculum standards and college policies

Requirements:
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• BScN required for BScN program; RPN diploma for PSW and PN
• Experience in expanded nursing practice
• Strong cooperative skills with students and faculty
• Understanding of adult learning principles preferred
