Security Assistant Supervisor (2IC) - Chilliwack - Temporary Full Time
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Second in Command (Assistant Supervisor) for a high profile client in Chilliwack. It will be a 6 month contract.

The position will see you working Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Payrate: $25.61/hour

Deadline to apply: October 16 at 3pm

Assist withtrainingand scheduling of Commissionaires

Running reports and updating systems are required

Answering and directing phone enquiries

Maintain up-to-date Post Orders and Site Safety, Risk, and Quality Assurance assessments

Submit reports,time sheets, and staff evaluations as per deadlines

Leading through empowerment, and monitoring staffmorale, discipline, and progress

Ensure team maintainsa professionalstandard ofconduct,dress and deportment

Reporting to the site supervisor and operations management for further duties as necessary

Interior and exterior patrolling

Your Must-Haves:

A minimum 2-3 years Supervisor experience

Over 5+ Years security experience

Valid BC SecurityLicense

Have been living in Canada for a minimum of 5 years for clearance purposes

Class 5 Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract

RCMP Enhanced Clearance

Previous CCTV Monitoring experience

Demonstrated interest and experience in serving the public

Positive and professional attitude, with solid customer service skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office, and equipment such as faxes and photocopiers





Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle emergency situations in a calm and professional manner

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure

Physically able to stand for long periods and conduct extensive interior patrols of floors and stairwells

Fluent English written, verbal and reading skills
