About the Role The role sits within the Acquisitions team and contributes to meeting monthly membership goals for sales and growth, with a focus on data and revenue. It acts as a point of contact for members, supports club operations, and helps create a welcoming atmosphere. The position is full time, 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities Act as the point of contact for members, elevating their member experience at every touchpoint and addressing member inquiries with meticulous standards of administration and support.
Create a presence and a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the club, from acting as Front of House to providing new member visits.
Take ownership of membership targets, striving for excellence in sales, retention, and growth every month.
Ensure all activity targets are met to achieve desired net growth.
Tailor membership offerings to meet individual needs and expand corporate memberships to prospects within the immediate locality of the club.
Provide advice on all activities related to Exercise Experience and products offered by Virgin Active.
Support the smooth operation of the club and consistently provide exceptional customer service to all.
Take on the responsibilities of the Duty Shift as needed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the needs of the business and leading by example in all aspects of club management.




Required Experience & Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills that make you approachable to members, prospects, and colleagues alike.
Valuable communication skills.
Preferred Skills Previous experience of working in a customer centric, target driven role (desirable but not essential).
