Responsibilities include but not limited to over seeing the restaurant in the General Managers absent
Daily Cash Balancing and Reports
Train and Coach new and existing staff on Wendy's Policies and Procedures
Food Safety Compliance throughout your entire shift
Being able to have fun in a sometimes stressful workplace due to volume of sales
Discounted Meals
Uniforms
Relaxed Environment to Work
Must be Reliable
Must have Reliable Transportation (Public Transit is not consistent in the area)
Must Have a Positive Attitude and be Willing to Learn New Things
MUST be able to work weekends and all hours of operation within the restaurant.
