As an Assistant Teacher at our Walden location, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated teaching team. This role emphasizes fostering children's confidence, communication, and independence through creative play and structured routines. Ideal candidates will understand early childhood development and be eager to support daily classroom activities and transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support planned learning experiences and daily routines
• Engage children in purposeful play and small-group activities
• Help children develop self-regulation and positive relationships




• Supervise movement and transitions safely throughout the day
• Prepare materials and maintain a welcoming classroom workplace

Requirements:
• Alberta ECE certification preferred (Level 2 or 3)
• Experience with preschool-aged children is preferred
• Understanding of early childhood development principles
• Warm and patient interaction with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
