A calm demeanor, patience, and the ability to guide without control are essential. You will tailor activities based on the child’s interests, providing mentorship and support in a flexible workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in playful and creative learning experiences
• De-escalate situations without power struggles
• Introduce new ideas and activities spontaneously
• Collaborate on trips to libraries, cooking,

• Provide a positive mentorship that encourages growth

Requirements:
• Understanding of neurodivergent learning styles
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Vulnerable Sector Check, or willingness to obtain
• Availability on Mondays and Tuesdays, flexible hours
• Experience with children in various settings preferred
