As a Senior Lead AV Specialist, you will guide the Workplace Technology & Collaboration Services team, supporting over 200 Microsoft Teams-enabled spaces. This role demands hands-on technical skills and leadership, ensuring seamless AV and collaboration across the new state-of-the-art workplace. You will mentor technicians, troubleshoot advanced AV issues, and enhance service delivery with a white-glove customer service approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical mentorship for the Workplace Technology team
• Serve as the escalation point for AV and collaboration issues




• Support Microsoft Teams-enabled meeting and event spaces
• Troubleshoot integrated room control and audio/video technologies
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor activities

Requirements:
• 7-10 years in enterprise AV and collaboration support
• Previous experience in a technical leadership role
• Extensive support experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Familiarity with Logitech Rally or Yealink systems
• Networking fundamentals knowledge including VLANs
