Join Ipsos as a Remote Project Scheduler, contributing to high-performing research projects. Utilize Sassie and Shopmetrics to optimize shop allocations and coordinate Mystery Shopper schedules.

As an Independent Contractor, you will work under Field Managers to ensure all projects are completed on time. This role demands robust time management and problem-solving skills along with proficiency in Excel. Engage with diverse teams to support and respond to Mystery Shopper inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate schedules for Mystery Shoppers efficiently
• Utilize Sassie and Shopmetrics for project optimization
• Respond to inquiries and provide support for shop execution
• Collaborate with Client Success team for project accuracy
• Manage flagged shops and ensure timely resubmissions

Requirements:
• Available 30-40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
• Strong Excel skills with experience in pivot tables
• Proactive self-starter with solid time management
• Excellent English communication skills; French is a plus
• Previous experience with SMX or Sassie is advantageous
