North American Freight Forwarding is seeking a Quality & Compliance Specialist to manage ISO 9001:2015, GDP, and PIP/CTPAT programs, while handling claims, SOPs, KPI reporting and vendor/customer rates. This in-office role collaborates with operations, warehousing, accounting, and leadership to strengthen controls and drive excellence.

The position reports to the Director of Business Operations & Infrastructure and requires 3–5 years in QA/compliance within logistics.
