Chartwell seeks an enthusiastic Activity Aide dedicated to enriching the lives of residents. In this role, you'll plan and deliver engaging activities that support all wellness dimensions. You will encourage participation, monitor engagement, and maintain an inclusive environment while connecting with our seniors through your strong service background.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan wellness programs and special events
• Encourage resident involvement in daily activities
• Monitor and assess participation levels
• Maintain a welcoming and protected activity space
• Prepare and share promotional materials for programs

Requirements:
• Customer service experience, especially with seniors
• Education in recreation, gerontology, or related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Flexibility to work various hours as needed
