Brodie League in Toronto is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for both operational and corporate roles. You will build pipelines through sourcing channels, design Ashby workflows, and partner with hiring leaders to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
You will apply AI tools to sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting while maintaining human oversight and solid data hygiene. This role anchors at our Toronto HQ and requires in-office presence.
