As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll harness data to provide actionable insights for business leaders at DCM. You will be instrumental in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Collaboration with operational partners will allow you to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers across multiple units.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare forecasts and annual budgets for business units
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries
• Create post-close reports explaining variances to leaders




• Discuss performance drivers and recommend improvements
• Liaise with external auditors for compliance documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years in FP&A; or financial analysis
• CPA designation preferred or in progress
