Reporting to the Director of Revenue Services, the Manager oversees the Vacant Unit Tax Program and other revenue services. You will provide strategic leadership, develop policies, and enhance service delivery standards. Your role focuses on improving performance, ensuring legislative compliance, and fostering an equitable treatment approach for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Vacant Unit Tax administration and billing processes
• Ensure compliance with payment card industry standards
• Lead strategic planning with division management




• Maintain effective revenue collection and reconciliation practices
• Respond to escalated taxpayer inquiries and complaints

Requirements:
• University degree in Finance or related field
• Progressive management experience in revenue or customer service
