Conuma Resources is seeking experienced Blasters to join their team at the Quintette Mine in Tumbler Ridge, BC. These professionals will play a key role in safe and effective blasting operations, supporting metallurgical coal production. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic mining environments.

What You’ll Need

- BC Mines Surface Blaster Certification (2nd or 3rd Class)




- 2-5 years blasting experience within mining or similar heavy industrial environments
- Valid Driver’s License and experience operating vehicles in mining or heavy industrial environments
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 7x7 rotation
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Physically fit; able to perform physical labour and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
- High level of safety awareness and proven attendance record
- Robust attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Completion of pre-employment testing
