Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple product implementation cases during client onboarding
• Collaborate with Cash Management Operations partners




• Develop tailored implementation plans based on client needs
• Ensure clients’ confidence in their cash management services
• Analyze and understand product requirements for unique client needs

Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• 1-2 years in financial services with business client interaction
• Strong critical thinking and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in digital and mobile banking technologies
• Post-secondary education in business or financial management preferred
