Be a vital part of Wolfhead Distillery as a Distillery Operations Technician in Amherstburg, Ontario. Focus on bottling, blending, and inventory management in this hands-on role.

As a key member of the production team, you will work directly with the Head Distiller to support the daily operations of spirits production. Your responsibilities will include managing bottling line operations, performing maintenance troubleshooting, and assisting in the blending of spirits. This role demands strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and trouble-shoot the bottling line
• Coordinate productive changeovers between product runs
• Assist with spirits blending on non-bottling days
• Support inventory management and organization tasks
• Participate in monthly inventory counts

Requirements:
• Valid Forklift License required
• Proven experience in logistics and inventory management
• QC or quality assurance experience is beneficial
• Background in distilling or brewing is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
