Required Qualifications Education and Experience: • Grade or equivalent; • A valid driver’s licence is required; • Certification and experience in related trades a definite asset (for example, electrical, plumbing, painting, refrigeration, carpentry, HVAC, grounds keeping and landscaping). • Three years of experience, preferably in a related setting (health care, long term care); • Previous experience using a tractor; and • Experience and/or education in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Ofiice products such as Outlook, Word.

Abilities and Skills: • Ability to communicate in both official languages (French and English) is required; • Must be mechanically inclined, motivated and able to work as an individual with minimal supervision or as a team member; • Must be able to work autonomously,



be flexible and capable of adapting to change; • Must be able to lift and carry up to lbs; • Must be in good mental and physical health to meet the requirements of the job; • Initiative and judgment to organize and maintain flow of work and accuracy of records; • Ability to communicate effectively; • Ability to follow oral and written instructions; • Must be able to perform any other related duties; • Demonstrated ability to maintain a satisfactory employment record, including attendance; and • Current Criminal Record Check for the Vulnerable sector and Adult Abuse Registry Check deemed satisfactory by the Employer.
