The Discipleship Pastor will develop and implement strategies for equipping and mentoring church members to grow in their faith and mobilize them to serve and make disciples with the ultimate goal of creating a church culture of intentional spiritual formation and multiplication of disciples.
The role requires ministry credentials, pastoral leadership experience, and a deep, genuine faith, along with excellent interpersonal skills to maintain healthy relationships within the church community.
