Valiant TMS seeks a Mechanical Designer for its Body in White division. This role requires a strong background in mechanical design, with emphasis on 3D CAD modeling, custom tooling, and assembly applications. You’ll leverage your experience to create practical solutions in a collaborative setting while supporting project deliverables from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and revise 3D CAD models and technical drawings
• Design specialized tooling and automated fixtures for BIW applications
• Estimate design hours and plan deliverables for projects




• Develop cost-effective mechanical solutions to meet requirements
• Collaborate with teams to produce complete drawing packages

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years relevant mechanical design experience
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or similar software
• Knowledge of GD&T; and manufacturing processes
• Authorized to work in Canada, travel to the USA may be required
