This role requires an experienced supervisor to oversee operations, pedagogy, and staff development. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with BC Child Care Licensing Regulations
• Provide pedagogical leadership based on the BC Early Learning Framework
• Recruit, mentor, and supervise ECE staff effectively




• Implement a play-based curriculum with Montessori principles
• Foster family partnerships and community engagement

Requirements:
• Valid BC Early Childhood Educator Certificate
• 3–5 years leadership experience in childcare
• Solid knowledge of licensing and regulatory compliance
• Current First Aid certification and Criminal Record Check
• Experience with culturally inclusive programming preferred
