You will gain knowledge in investment management services, appraisal, and financial due diligence for all property types, learning how market trends impact rent and expenses and how to manage client workflows.
Responsibilities include supporting acquisitions, asset management, mortgage and lending needs, ARGUS model audits, lease reviews, and financial analysis.
