In this pivotal management position, you'll steer the Organizational Strategic Development, Policy Development, Tsi Niionkwarihò:ten, and Quality Improvement teams under the Executive Director's supervision. Your leadership will be essential in aligning workflow with the KSCS Strategic Framework and Community Wellness Plan, ensuring that high service standards are met across the organization. You’ll engage with various stakeholders to foster transparent communication and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide visionary leadership across service areas
• Supervise managers and ensure accountability




• Optimize resource management based on program priorities
• Oversee project management and implementation
• Ensure effective internal and external communication

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or Health Management
• 3-5 years’ management experience in relevant fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of KSCS policies and operational procedures
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle access
