Lead the Cathedral Basilica Foundation NL as Interim Executive Director starting December 1, 2026. Oversee operations, engage with stakeholders, and ensure strategic continuity during this maternity leave term.

This 13-month fixed-term position requires a collaborative leader experienced in organizational management and philanthropy. You will work closely with the Board and current Executive Director, particularly in the transition period, to preserve the essence of this historic organization while advancing its mission and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight
• Support the implementation of the Foundation’s Strategic Plan
• Work with the Board on governance and effective decision-making
• Prepare reports, agendas,



and briefing materials for the Board
• Foster a positive, cooperative environment for staff

Requirements:
• Significant experience in organizational leadership or related role
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders
• Experience in budget management and fiscal oversight
