Eq3 Ltd in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Sales Associate to join our outlet team on a full-time, commission-based basis. You will deliver a high level of customer service, assist customers with furniture selections, and help drive sales targets in a fast-paced retail workplace.

Shifts run Wednesday to Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. The role offers a base earnings plus a biweekly performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package as part of our employee program.
