The Estimator will report directly to the Chief Estimator, focusing on accurate estimating and subcontractor costing throughout project development stages. This role requires a strong understanding of estimating techniques, contract negotiation, and construction documents. You’ll work collaboratively to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring competitive project bids.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop detailed project estimates and pricing strategies • Solicit and analyze bids from subcontractors • Prepare construction schedules for time-related activities • Lead detailed estimate reviews and submissions • Maintain databases of labor rates and material costs

Requirements: • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field • 3-5+ years of estimating experience in ICI projects • Proficiency in InEight and On-screen Takeoff software • Solid analytical skills with construction documents • Eligible for PQS or CET designation
