What you’ll do: As Finance Manager/Controller, you are a strategic partner to the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team.

This role is a key leadership position functioning as the senior finance leader and responsible for supporting the organization’s financial strength, strategic planning, operational decisions, risk management, and governance.

Financial Stewardship: Lead accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, financial reporting, tax, audit, payables, receivables and compliance.

Strategic Leadership: Partner with the GM and SLT on planning, policy, capital decisions, investments, and organizational priorities.

Financial Insight: Provide analysis and recommendations on finance, cash flow, capital additions, business performance, and competitive trends.

Risk & Compliance: Maintain strong financial controls,



support Enterprise Risk Management, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote proactive risk awareness.

Governance Support: Prepare explicit financial information and reporting to support governance, Board oversight, and informed decision-making.
