The Shoreline Medical Society is seeking a nurse practitioner to work with a team of practitioners, and other health providers, to collectively deliver care to patients at the Sidney clinic on the Saanich Peninsula.
In these clinical service contract positions the providers will work collaboratively with an inter-disciplinary health care team to provide culturally protected primary care.

Acting as the most responsible primary care provider, there is a requirement for the provider to establish a minimum patient panel.

We are fully integrated into the Saanich Peninsula PCN.
Management of our clinics is provided by Shoreline Medical Society, a non-profit organization that partners with interdisciplinary health care providers and the community to deliver: patient-centred care, hospital/community continuity of care, education and a healthy life-work balance for our team.
Start Date As soon as possible Overhead The Ministry provides funding for NP overhead; the current available amount is$75, per FTE.
