Description: Lead, coach, and develop a team of rental administration professionals on site Champion a safe, accountable, and high-performing work environment Oversee rental processes from inquiry to equipment delivery, ensuring compliance and operational excellence Manage rental contract audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements Coordinate fleet allocation and equipment readiness to support customer projects and maximize utilization Collaborate with branches to prioritize equipment needs, repairs, and turnaround schedules Manage billing accuracy, repair and maintenance costs, accruals, and financial reporting Resolve customer concerns and drive continuous improvement through KPI performance and operational excellence Qualifications 3-5+ years of rental industry experience with strong operational knowledge 3-5+ years of leadership experience leading teams and driving performance Valid class 5 drivers license Experience managing service delivery, customer relationships, and operational execution Knowledge of power generation, compressed air, temperature control, or related rental equipment Excellent communication, problem-solving,
