Our client seeks a seasoned and strategic Senior Insurance Risk Manager to oversee and enhance their enterprise-wide risk management framework in Kimberley . This critical role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating a broad spectrum of risks, including operational, financial, strategic, and compliance risks, specific to the insurance sector. You will develop risk management strategies, policies, and procedures, working closely with senior leadership to embed a robust risk-aware culture throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities

Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in risk management , with a significant focus on the insurance industry . Proven expertise in various risk management methodologies (e.g., ERM, ORM). Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
