The role focuses on hands-on installation of piping systems for various civil utilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Foreperson and site crew, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards. You’ll engage directly in excavation tasks, trench activities, and pipe alignment using proper techniques and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install underground piping systems for civil utilities
• Prepare pipe bedding and assist in excavation activities
• Set and maintain accurate pipe grades and elevations




• Connect pipes and fittings accurately under guidance
• Read and follow civil drawings and project specifications
Requirements:
• Previous experience in underground civil construction
• Hands-on installation experience with watermains or sewers
• Understanding of pipe grades, materials, and fittings
• Strong safety awareness in trenching environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
