Responsibilities: Assisting Commercial Auto Specialists and Insurance Advisors with all aspects of servicing Commercial Auto ICBC accounts Performing ICBC fleet transactions at the request and direction of Commercial Auto Specialist and Insurance Advisors Assisting with the maintenance of fleet accounts Providing a high-level of service to both internal and external clients Updating client information as changes occur Supporting the Administrator/Batcher with the functions of ICBC transacting batching: Reconcile previous days ICBC transactions/documents (including cash, cheques, credit card payments)Quality check and correct documents to ensure there are no errors

Enter documents into Autolink

Liaise with ICBC as required

Liaise with ICBC revenue banking as required

Deposit ICBC funds daily

Assist with inventory control Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Skills,
