DUTIES The Culinary Arts Program requires a relief instructor for short term relief assignments.
The successful candidate will instruct students in all areas of the Qualified Cook Training Program, Professional Cook 1 and 2.
The following curriculum will cover: Meat, Poultry and Seafood Cookery Vegetable and Starch Cookery Stock, Soups and Sauce Preparation Breakfast Cookery Baking and Dessert Preparation Cold Kitchen QUALIFICATIONS Journey person certificate, plus a minimum of five years' full time work experience in a leadership or supervisory role
