About the Role The Estimator is responsible for researching,



preparing, and coordinating complete cost estimates for assigned civil construction projects.

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, this role analyzes specifications, drawings, RFPs, addendums, and other documentation to prepare competitive estimates and detailed proposals that support profitable, sustainable work.

This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced bidding environment.

Tender requirements, deadlines, and priorities may shift based on operational needs, requiring strong adaptability and decision-making skills.

The Estimator also contributes to improving estimating processes, submission quality, cost tracking, and overall bid performance across the organization.
