About the Role

The Company is seeking a CRO Lead to take on a pivotal role in driving the conversion rate optimization strategy for its two DTC brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing every conversion test across the company's digital properties, including the main site, landing pages, paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers, and post-purchase upsells.
This is a hands-on position that demands a high level of expertise, with the CRO Lead expected to set the strategy, build the test backlog, and be actively involved in the entire testing process from briefing to QA, and ultimately, to the launch of winning tests.

The role is mission-critical, with a focus on ensuring that each visitor is worth more every month, and success is measured by a steady, well-run test program that consistently lifts conversion rates, AOV, and revenue per visitor.





The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 3-4 years in running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands, with a strong emphasis on hands-on experience with Intelligems, building and testing paid-acquisition funnels, and a data-driven approach to demonstrating the impact of tests on conversion metrics.
The role requires a deep understanding of experiment design, offer sense, and the ability to work with a variety of CRO tools. The CRO Lead will be expected to be proactive, with a keen eye for detail, and to work closely with the Head of Growth to manage the CRO agency and decide when work should be brought in-house.
