Job Description

- Manage and maintain operational technology systems to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to implement technology solutions that support operational goals.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for technological improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for operational technology systems and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Bilingual Telephony Analyst should have:

- Experience managing and maintaining operational technology systems.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A background in technology within the property industry is an asset.
