Northern Skies Wellness is a growing multidisciplinary wellness practice located in Val Caron, Ontario. We are dedicated to supporting the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of our community through compassionate, professional, and client-centered care.

We are currently looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our welcoming and collaborative team!

Scheduling & Work-Life Balance

We recognize the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between your professional and personal life.

We are committed to working collaboratively with our successful applicant to develop a schedule that meets the needs of our clinic while also respecting individual availability and personal commitments.

- A minimum of two evening shifts per week is required
- No weekends required
- Scheduling will be developed collaboratively to promote consistency, flexibility, and a healthy work-life balance

What You'll Do

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client's individual needs and goals
- Complete client assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Build positive therapeutic relationships and provide exceptional client care
- Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards in accordance with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate to support client wellness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere

What We're Looking For

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), or working toward registration




- Skilled liability insurance, or ability to obtain coverage upon registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, professional, and client-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A genuine interest in professional growth and contributing to a multidisciplinary wellness practice
- Availability to work a minimum of two evenings per week

Pay: $62.50-$78.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
