We are seeking an energetic and attentive Security/Ticket Handler to ensure the safety and smooth operation of our venue. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, managing entry points, verifying tickets, and maintaining a secure environment for all visitors. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming atmosphere while upholding safety protocols. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist with ticket payment, ensuring smooth entry into the venue
- We will have payment taken and bracelets given out to every person who pays
- Monitor access points to maintain a secure environment for attendees, staff, and performers
- Conduct visual inspections of the premises to identify potential safety concerns or unauthorized access
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing information about event schedules or venue amenities
- Manage guest flow during peak times, including crowd control and guiding visitors as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately for ticket sales or merchandise when required
- We have a no entry list so you will have to check ID and assure no one on that list is entering.




- Check ID for age verification 19+
- Collaborate with team members to enforce venue policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications

- Security experience
- Must be able to lift 75 pound
- Strong public speaking skills to communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members
- Proven customer service experience, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Previous guest services or hospitality experience preferred, showcasing ability to handle diverse situations gracefully
- Basic cash handling skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are advantageous
- Food service experience is beneficial, reflecting adaptability in fast-paced settings
- Ability to remain alert, vigilant, and skilled during long shifts; physically capable of standing or walking for extended periods
- Ability to identify people in large crowds
