Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure comfort and safety
- Monitor theatre entrances and exits to maintain security and prevent unauthorized access
- Provide clear directions and information about showtimes, amenities, and theatre policies through confident public speaking
- Assist guests with ticketing, including cash handling and verifying reservations or memberships
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills




- Support food service operations by assisting with snack bar sales or concessions when needed

Experience

- Previous experience working with children or in hospitality environments is preferred but not required
- Strong public speaking skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Proven customer service experience, demonstrating professionalism and friendliness
- Experience in guest services or hospitality roles that involve multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Basic cash handling skills for ticket sales or concessions transactions
- Food service experience is a plus, especially in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and approachable throughout long shifts
