Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities using SAGE accounting software.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and account analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Invoicing, quotations and tracking operations
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports to support management decision-making




- Conduct auditing procedures to verify compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Maintain payroll records and process payroll using appropriate systems
- Support corporate finance functions by assisting with financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities

Requirements

- Proven experience with Simply or Sage accounting software is beneficial
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
- Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and auditing practices
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with staff members
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred;

Pay: $24.00-$32.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
