Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Divisional Controller to help lead our accounting operations. This pivotal role involves helping overseeing financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. As a key member of the finance team, you will drive efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in all divisional financial activities, empowering the organization to make informed decisions and achieve strategic goals. Responsibilities

- Help Manage and oversee all accounting functions within the division, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate account reconciliation and account analysis to maintain data integrity.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and other platforms to streamline financial processes and reporting.
- Help Develop and monitor budgets, providing insights and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Help with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and audit documentation in compliance with accounting standards.
- Help Lead month-end and year-end closing processes while ensuring adherence to internal controls and policies.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting workflows, help implement system upgrades, and optimize overall financial operations.

Experience

- Five or more years of experience as a Financial Controller
- Strong proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, and other relevant platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation.
- Experience with budgeting processes, account analysis, and financial reporting is essential.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for account reconciliation and account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Prior experience leading teams or supervising accounting staff is preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
