Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions confidently, including cash handling and cashiering duties, with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols
- Assist in bartending duties when needed, preparing drinks responsibly and following recipes precisely
- Engage with guests to answer questions about menu items, specials, or dietary needs,

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in restaurant service or hospitality roles; previous bartending or serving experience
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
- Ability to work flexible schedule in a dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $17.60-$29.85 per hour
