Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality Group Fitness and Child and Youth Services
- Oversee recruitment, scheduling, and training of staff and volunteers
- Serve as Duty Manager ensuring facility safety and operations




- Participate in community initiatives to strengthen relationships
- Lead in maintaining program standards and delivering reports

Requirements:

- 2+ years post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Strong experience in supervisory roles and administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Current Criminal Reference Check required
