This position is perfect for someone with at least two years of climbing experience ready to lead a team and enhance job efficiency. You will manage job flows, ensure quality, and identify additional work opportunities on site. The focus is on delivering exceptional tree care services through effective teamwork and precise arboriculture techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Climb and perform precision pruning according to ISA standards
- Lead the crew and maintain organized job sites
- Manage work planning and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients on-site
- Identify additional work opportunities when suitable

Requirements:

- 2+ years of climbing experience in production work
- Strong skills in pruning and removals
- Comfortable leading teams and interacting with clients
- G license required, DZ a strong asset
- ISA Certification is a bonus
