About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Recreation Department Manager to join our management team. The Manager oversees the daily facility operations; manages preventative maintenance; prepare and monitor operating and annual budgets; and ensures workplace health and safety compliance for the newly formed Recreation Department.

The Manager assists in the recruitment and retention of qualified staff.

Qualifications

- Grade 12 or GED;




- Minimum of two years custodian maintenance experience
- Results of a current criminal reference and vulnerable sector check.
- Must have a valid class G driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Computer Literate with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations

Equivalencies that include a combination of education and experience may be considered
