The District Manager plays a pivotal role in leading team performance, providing technical guidance for project set-ups, and driving continuous improvement across workflows and operations. **Key Responsibilities*** Track performance of team members,



reviewing and providing constructive feedback.* Contribute actively to the harmonization and validation of tools, workflows, and procedures.* Contribute by agreeing upon and providing key parameters, benchmarks, and efficiency figures for proposal and project estimating.* Supervise proper distribution of documents to relevant individuals and organizations, both internally and externally.* Prepare Document Progress Reports for Project Managers.
