King Craft Inc. is hiring a 1st or 2nd year Apprentice Welder for oilfield work. You’ll work alongside a picker truck operator, doing oxy-acetylene cutting of mild steel.
What you’ll do
- Oxy-acetylene cutting of mild steel on oilfield sites
- Assist the picker truck operator with rigging, loading and site work
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
What you bring
- Enrolled in a recognized Welding Apprenticeship (1st or 2nd year)
- Experience with oxy-acetylene cutting
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to Eckville, AB
- Valid driver’s license (asset)
- Oilfield safety tickets such as H2S Alive and First Aid (asset)
